Rebecca Firestone is a songwriter and lyricist based in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Literature from The Ohio State University and is deeply Influenced by the music of her childhood. She was inspired early on by the genres emanating from her mother’s record player. This especially includes Pop, Rock, Country, Gospel, Irish and Celtic Folk, to 50’s and 60’s folk. Her style is diverse, and she moves easily among genres.

Rebecca works often in collaboration with others as songwriter, lyricist, and producer and has collaborated with Jadea Kelly, the Colton Sisters, Brad Hails, and Jim Bryson. She has studied with Murray Foster and The Toronto Songwriting School since 2021.

Personally, Rebecca lives in the small suburb of Willowick with her dogs. She loves writing, live music, television and film, caffeine, and the color blue.
